PAYMENT

 

CREDIT CARD SECURITY: All credit card transactions are conducted on the Wix secure server. No credit card details are held on www.vastaman.com or disclosed to www.vastaman.com.

 

CANCELATION 

 

a. You are entitled to cancel your order if you wish providing you act within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.

 

b. If you wish to exercise this right prior to despatch of goods please email info@vastaman.com

 

c. If your order has already been despatched please follow our returns information.

 

RETURNS

 

Return your order to us within 7 days. Complete with a covering letter and a copy of the original invoice. Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels etc still attached. Once we've received them back, we will arrange to either credit you or replace the goods with a different size or colour, whichever you prefer. Certain products may need to be returned to our suppliers for inspection before a refund can be issued.

 

If you're returning something because it doesn't fit or it's not suitable, you'll need to pay the postage costs to return it to us. We will refund the return postage for items found to be faulty.

 

If an item is faulty on delivery contact www.vastaman.com immediately to explain the fault. We'll either credit you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer.
